U.S. Author Tour
by
I know you can often save money by buying online, but if you can, please consider buying the book at the bookstore that is hosting me–or their online portal. The host store goes to the effort of coordinating the event, spreading the word about the event, putting up signs, ordering extra books, and keeping over-worked staff late! If they go to all that work and then everyone buys the book online, they get discouraged and they also lose money. Don’t do that to our friends.
Because the practice of buying elsewhere has become so widespread, at a few stops, the store requires you to buy THE BROKEN EYE there. (Their house, their rules, sorry. I’m their guest.) In most cases, you can pre-order from the host store, (get pre-order goodies from me!), pick up the book on release day, read the whole thing before I arrive, and just keep your receipt. In some cases that will even put you in front of the line.
You can click the links to go to the Facebook events pages for each event, featuring maps, the bookstores’ FB pages where you can see if your friends are already going (or hector them into doing so!), and get more information.

Why do you hate the southeast?
Have fun on your tour!
I’ve moved beyond physical books and bookstores figuring I’ll save the trees and the couple gallons of gas it would take to get there. (love rural living) so I won’t get to meet you in person.
I’ve been nervous about this book and the Amazon / Hatchett spat. Luckily I pre-ordered from Amazon back in 2013 and my order shows up just fine so with luck next week I’ll be enjoying the next chapter in a great story.
Same reason he hates austin. Houston would be a hard drive for the middle of a work week with out even know if I could get a line ticket.
If there were book stores left around here… They’ve closed all of our and replaced them with disgusting hip-hop or skinny jean based clothing stores…
No events in Michigan :(? Dang. Might have to make the trek down to Cincinnati.
Brent needs to spend some time in Chicago. (Though I understand there are many factors in to why he goes where he does.)
He hates the east coast as well. COME TO NYCC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No Love for the East Coast…… I’ll Second it Come to NYC!!!!!
With the Broken Eye I will own 6 Brent Weeks books… I have to go to the back of the line 2x to get all 6 signed? Worth it but that’s seriously annoying…
Please come to the Washington, DC area; we love you here!!
Should have considered AK. Might not have been super beneficial moneywise, but we’d have had a parade hahaha
I second the Alaska comment.
Come to florida?
Come to Australia! can’t wait for the broken eye.
I’d easily take the trip to NYC but OH is the closest… Sry but not close enough. 🙁
And don’t forget us in the UK. Will we ever get a tour?? Pretty please??
Both WI and OH are like 6+ hour drives, yet I am seriously considering driving that far……
God does it suck to live in Hawaii sometimes…
Seconded, please consider taking a vacation here and well since you’re here sign a few books.
What happened to Orlando, FL? I look forward to the reading and book signing. Will more dates/locations be added?
Come to Michigan!!
What no St. Louis. Man no love for the Show me state. We where saying show me a cool book signing.
Been reading your books since they came out! Got so excited today when I saw The Broken Eye at the Book Bin, bought it right up, then I hear your coming to town?!? :-0 Word cannot contain my joy.
See you in Salem!
dangit! I missed you! come back to Houston and I’ll be there : )
